Can I bring a pet?

Dogs only are allowed in some accommodation as well as on campsite pitches. To find out whether or not your dog is allowed in your accommodation, check its description and detailed specifications as well as the rates before booking. Category 1 & 2 dogs (according to the French law) are not welcomed. Be sure to bring your dog’s up-to-date vaccination booklet with you on your stay. Your animal must be kept on a leash at all times, and waste bags are available on site.

How do I book?

15€ of processing fees are to be expected if you pay by credit card and 25€ for any other means of payment.

The website displays up-to-date vacancies and rates at all times. In case of doubt, feel free to contact us directly by telephone.

Can I pay for my stay online?

Yes: you can pay for your stay online by credit card, even after booking by telephone.

Can I pay for a stay booked online using holiday checks?

Yes: At the end of the booking process, state the amount you wish to pay by holiday check and send us this payment immediately. Please note, if the payment is not received within one week, we shall be forced to cancel the booking.

Can I pay for a stay using e-holiday checks?

Yes: You can use e-holiday check to pay for all or part of your stay. To do this, you must pay for your order on our website.

Can I pay for a stay booked online by check?

Yes: At the end of the booking process, state the amount you wish to pay by check and send us this payment immediately. Please note, if the payment is not received within one week, we shall be forced to cancel the booking.

What is tourist tax?

This is a tax levied by the local authorities (municipality, department) and collected by us on their behalf. This tax is based on the number of guests and the number of nights. It is added to the price of your stay.

Why do I have to declare all guests’ names before coming?

It is a legal obligation for our establishment to maintain a specific list of people. This list also allows us to calculate the amount of tourist tax to be collected.

What are the terms of payment of the balance?

When booking, you must pay a deposit of 30% and the final balance must be paid one month before your arrival. If you wish to pay the total cost of your stay in several instalments, this is possible, as long as the total price of your stay is effectively paid one month before your arrival.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit cards (Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, etc.), cash, French checks, holiday checks.

AMEX cards are not accepted.

Is the campsite VACAF approved?

No: We are not VACAF certified.

Is the price of water and electricity included?

Yes: the price of water and electricity is included for all our accommodation as well as for pitches on the campsite.

What does the cleaning fee include?

The cleaning fee includes cleaning of all the rooms in the mobile home, the bathroom and the kitchen. It does not include dishwashing and kitchen area cleaning.
In all cases,  at the end of your stay,you have to empty and defrost the refrigerator and take the bins out before leaving. An additional fee shall be charged if necessary.

Is there a space for my car on my pitch?

All accommodation and pitches have a space for one vehicle directly on site or close.
So, if you are bringing a second vehicle, you will be asked to park it in a car park at the entrance of the establishment against payment of an additional fee and depending on the  availability.

What will I find in the rentals?

All our rentals are equipped with kitchens, toilets and washrooms.

Can I rent baby equipment?

Yes: We offer various items of baby equipment separately or as a kit (chair, cot, bath). As stock is limited, we invite you to book your equipment  when choosing your stay. For hygiene reasons, sheets and mattress protectors are not provided for the cot and we invite you to bring your own.

Can I rent a refrigerator for a camping pitch?

Yes: we have refrigerators for rent for the camping pitches. We recommend you to book one when choosing your stay.

Are visitors allowed?

Yes: visitors are allowed in the club from 9 am to 11 pm, against payment of a flat fee. Visitors must report to reception on arrival and leave proof of identity as security.
Visitors are not allowed into the water park and must park their vehicle outside the establishment.

What kind of swimmingsuit is allowed in the water park?

  • For men: classic swimming trunks and boxers are allowed.

  • For women: classic one or two-pieces swimsuits.

  • Swimming shorts, Bermuda shorts and body suits are strictly prohibited.

At what time do I need to check in?

Your checking time is specified in your order confirmation. This depends on your type of accommodation and the day of your arrival. We will contact you directly by phone or sms if your accommodation is ready before the scheduled time.

What happens when I check out of my rental?

An inventory will be taken on check-out day with our team.

For this we will ask you to prepare your accommodation (dishes washed, refrigerator emptied and defrosted, bins taken out), even if you took the cleaning service.

Is early morning departure possible?

Yes: you can leave before the reception opening hours. However, you must notify reception at least 24 hours in advance so that we can give you directions on arranging your check-out properly.

Is there WIFI access in my accommodation?

Yes: the WIFI network (charge applies) is accessible throughout the club, including in the accommodation.

Is there a charge for WIFI?

Yes: there is a charge for WIFI network access at the club. There is also a hotspot where you can connect free of charge near the bar.

Can I bring a barbecue?

Individual coal-fired barbecues are prohibited. Only gas or electric barbecues are allowed.

Can I arrive outside of reception opening hours?

Yes: for all stays of more than one night. In this case you must notify reception at least 24 hours in advance in order to organise your arrival.

Can I bring a second car?

Yes: It will cost you an extra fee, and we recommend you to book the space for your additional vehicle in advance.

Do I have to wear the wristband during my stay?

Yes: the wristband lets us know that you are staying in the establishment. It gives you access to the water park as well as activities and entertainment. It must therefore be worn at all times during your stay.

Are there shops on the campsite?

Yes: all the amenities you need for a comfortable  holiday are available during the establishment’s opening hours: a grocery, bar, snack bar and a restaurant. For more details, see our club/shops page.

Is access to the campsite private?

Yes: access to the campsite is private and only for staying guests. Outside visitors can enter the site after reporting to reception and paying the entrance fee. Visitors are not admitted to the water park.

Is the club secure?

Yes: there is a warden on site at all times. Depending on the time of year, they may be assisted by one or more security guards.

Is the beach easily accessible?

Yes: the beach is accessible directly from Les Dunes. There is a gate to the beach, then you just need to walk along a small sand path for a few dozen metres. The gate is open all day and in the early evening. It is closed at night for your security.
